Andrea di Castri specializes in M&A, outsourcing (IT and BPO), private equity and company/commercial and reinforces Andersen Tax & Legal’s corporate law practice group.
Effective January 1st, Studio Capoferri – with its partners Francesca Capoferri and Stefania Zanotti – is added to Andersen Tax & Legal in Italy. Studio Capoferri was established in 1974, becoming a reference point in the Milan metro area manufacturing districts of Brescia and Bergamo for tax, corporate and labor consultancy for small local businesses. Francesca Capoferri and Stefania Zanotti joined as Managing Partners the Brescia office with over 15 years of experience in tax, accounting, tax financial structuring and M&A. Francesca and Stefania have extensive experience in fields such as local and international taxation, M&A taxation, and accounting.
In 2017, Andersen Tax & Legal in Italy debuted in Italy as the Italian member firm of Andersen Global; , formally adopted the Andersen name and began operating as Andersen Tax & Legal.
